Service Agreements
Our services are provided under specific agreements that outline deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Before requesting a refund, please review your service agreement, as it may contain specific provisions regarding refunds and cancellations.
Digital Marketing Services
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, which involve significant upfront work and resource allocation, our refund policy is structured as follows:
One-Time Services
- Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- Cancellation after work begins but before delivery: Partial refund based on the percentage of work completed
- After delivery: No refund unless the deliverables substantially fail to meet the agreed-upon specifications
Ongoing Services (Monthly Retainers)
- Cancellation before the start of a new billing cycle: No charge for the upcoming cycle
- Cancellation mid-cycle: No refund for the current cycle, but no further charges will be applied
- Service quality issues: If services do not meet agreed-upon standards, we will first attempt to remedy the situation. If issues persist, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion
Consultation Fees
For paid consultations:
- Cancellation with 48+ hours notice: Full refund
- Cancellation with 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Advertising Spend
For services that include managing advertising spend on platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads:
- Our management fees may be refundable according to the above policies
- Actual advertising spend paid to third-party platforms cannot be refunded by AdsPower Agency once the ads have run
- Unused advertising budgets that have not yet been spent on platforms will be returned
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact your account manager or email [email protected]
- Include your name, company name, service details, and reason for the refund request
- We will review your request within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days
Exceptions
We understand that circumstances vary, and we may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Factors we consider include:
- Length of client relationship
- Nature of the issue
- Reasonable opportunity to remedy any problems
Satisfaction Guarantee
While we don't offer a formal money-back guarantee due to the nature of our services, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you're unhappy with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.
